Plastic toothbrushes have turned up on beaches all over the world and have become synonomous with plastic pollution. You can make an easy switch from plastic to bamboo, and immediately remove an item of single-use plastic from your bathroom

The American Dental Association suggests toothbrushes be replaced every four months. At that rate, Americans in the US would use over one billion toothbrushes each year.
